From time to time we may have some opportunites to bring in new staff to our 24/7 call centre. Those jobs will be shown below.
1 x Part-time Incident Controller (10-20 hours p/week)
This position will mainly be Saturday and/or Sunday work with some occasional weekday work to help cover shifts or holidays.
1 x Full Time Incident Controller (37 hours p/week)
This position will mainly be over weekday evenings and weekend days in a shift pattern but hours can be flexible.
Both positions will require the below;
- Ability to work from home
- Ability to work a shift pattern
- Good telephone manner
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of the vehicle breakdown industry
Positions will consist of working from a home office and answering phone calls as and when they come in. Taking details from the caller and giving details to service agents.
