GDPR Statement

On May 25th 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules took effect in the EU. The way we collect and use our customers data is outlined below.

We store our customers name, address, phone number, email address and bank details in our accounting package to enable us to make payments to you. This information is offered to us by our customers when we open an account and is not collected any other way. We do not share this information with any third parties. We also store your email address in our reporting system to send you jobs reports and reply to emails sent by you.

As we handle breakdowns on behalf of you, we store breakdown data such as location, fault, site contacts and reference numbers online in our systems database - this info is only accessed for job related actions and is not shared with any third parties. This information is essential for us to carry out our core business activities on your behalf.

All calls coming into and out of our phone lines are recorded for either training or monitoring purposes and requests to access these recording can be made to the contact given below. Most of our calls are on behalf of another company as call handling for others out of hours is our core business, so you may need to contact these companies direct for further info on their own privacy and data policy.

We do not use cookies on our main website (tns365.com) but we do use cookies to store your login session on your dashboard login. However in this case, nothing is stored to personally indentify you.

If you wish to have any recordings or info removed from our system, updated or to request what info we hold on you or your company you can do so by emailing ops@tns365.com or by contacting our appointed Data Controller (Adam Drake) on 0208 0502 365.
