Humberside Tail Lifts, one of the longest standing Tail Lift and Shutter Door Specialists, have made the switch to TNS 365 to improve their out of hours customer support and focus on future innovation and growth.


Humberside Tail Lifts (HTL) was formed in 1990 and grew rapidly to become one of the UK's leading Tail Lift and Shutter Door Specialists.

HTL run a large fleet of fully equipped and well stocked Service Vans with operations in Hull, Nottingham and Lincoln and offer a reliable 24hr breakdown and mobile repair service throughout Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire. Their customers range from the UK’s largest fleet owners to small charity organisations and private individuals. They have an experienced team of specialist engineers whom all have the appropriate manufacturer training and certification.


TNS 365 provides the Tail Lift repair and service company with out-of-hours call centre services from 5pm to 8am on weekdays and all weekend, plus full coverage during annual holiday periods including bank holidays. TNS 365 also provide nationwide commercial breakdown cover when outside of Humberside's core areas.
